Loving Hands ~ Naturally supporting your child

Do you remember someone taking your hand unexpectedly, and just holding it, and feeling so loved and at home? Or maybe you have reached out to someone else, when they needed it, and put your hand on their back to show them that you are there?

Our hands show our children that we care, however, we sometimes forget to reach out to them.  Take some time today to gently squeeze your child’s hand; massage a sore spot; tickle their back; put your hand on their shoulders; massage their feet or stroke their hair.

All of these actions say – I LOVE YOU, I ACCEPT YOU, YOU ARE SPECIAL and YOU ARE PERFECT JUST THE WAY YOU ARE!
