It’s time to go outside in nature ~ Natural Support for ADHD Children

We were made to live with and be in nature.  It is there to balance and heals us.  So encourage your child to experience nature every day by:

*         Taking their shoes off and feeling the earth, the grass, the sand

*      Walking on the beach or in the bush

*      Playing in a park

*         Watching the sun rise or sun set

*         Watching the clouds and the birds in the trees
