Create rhythms for your family

Rhythms form the basis of life —  night and day; the seasons; the beat in music.  Children need to have a consistent rhythm in their life too.  A time for eating, a time for rest, a time for play.  As they get older—a time to pack their bag, to go to school, and to do their homework.  Their rhythms will change as they grow and our role is to provide space for rhythm and support them as they move into each new phase in their life.  Set up systems to help them with the rhythms in their life.
