Where is your centre, the place you will find calm?
When you put a cross through you body i.e. one line through your head and down to your toes; and then another half way between your head and your toes. You will find your centre. It is at this centre point that you receive all the energy and intuitive information you need, in every moment.
What most of us do, however, is live from our head, trying to draw all the energy and information we need from our minds. The problem is that our mind is often focusing on the past and the future, and not living in the moment. When we do this we can become unbalanced. So the key to being calm and balanced, is to live from our centre.
By practicing these five techniques it will become easier for you to calm down, centre and connect with your intuition.
