Are you the parent of a child experiencing behaviour and/or learning problems?

Or has your child been diagnosed with ADD, ADHD, Aspergers or Autism?

You may have tried traditional solutions and yet there is still stress and struggle.

There are new integrated methods and strategies which will help you to see the whole picture and discover why your child is experiencing what they are.

At Nurture House we are continually drawing on these new methods, scientific information and our hands on knowledge and experience to provide you with leading edge information, products and services.

Hi, I am Karin de Vos, founder of Nurture House.

10 years ago, my two sons and I were sick, stressed and unable to cope; ADHD, Aspergers, learning difficulties, life threatening peanut allergy (anaphylactic), asthma, eczema, rhinitis, and sleep apnea, depression and a break down were ruling our lives.

There was no where I could go to get real, long lasting answers.  I began searching many different areas for solutions to our myriad of health issues and I found them! We are now living healthy, happy and harmonious lives and I am now sharing these simple drug free solutions with parents, grandparents and children around the world.

If you are looking for ways to support and guide your child, I would love to share the solutions I found with you.

Whatever the issue you are facing with your child, you can create an environment for your child to thrive one that:

  1. Supports your child to be healthy and happy.
  2. Creates a harmonious family and home
  3. Nourishes and nurtures you

What can you do now? Here is my recommended 1-2-3:

1. Download your free copy of 'Understanding Sensitive Children' booklet,  and receive my regular 'Parenting Tips' e-newsletter. This booklet describes why I call these children sensitive.

  2. Call for an Initial 90 minute consultation with Karin de Vos. Now $99 (normally $150). If you have any questions before you make your appointment, call Karin  on
02 9973 2468 she is happy to answer them.
  3. Have a look at some of our Parenting Resources designed to help you to confidently support your child to thrive.

When I met Karin for the first time her warmth and kind smile made me feel nurtured and safe. She truly understands how challenging and frustrating it can be to be a parent because she has experienced similar problems and emotions; she knows how it feels. Her advice not only comes with compassion but with practical tools that are demonstrated in a clear and concise way that you can take home and put to use immediately.

Thanks to Karin's coaching some sanity and harmony has come back to my family yet most of all she opens the way for you to connect with that part of yourself that already knows.

Create a Nourishing & Nurturing Christmas
For me creating a nourishing and nurturing Christmas is all about creating spaces for me to do the things that I LOVE DOING and to be the things that I LOVE BEING. Here are five tips:

1.       Finding nourishing Christmas Recipes
I often found that by Boxing Day I was feeling sluggish and not myself because I had eaten foods that didn’t nourish my body. The key was to find some yummy, healthy, Christmas treats that I loved and could share with others. I have found things like Bliss Balls; Orange, Chocolate and Almond Cake and Avocado and Tomato salsa with vege sticks to be my favourites. And of course I always take time to make my Great Grandmothers ‘Christmas Pudding’ which is full of nuts and fruit.
